Construction and Operation of the Quality Assurance System Under Internal Quality Assurance in Internship

高职院校顶岗实习对学校内部管理质量的影响很大,主要表现为对技术技能人才培养、专业和课程建设目标、毕业生就业及学校发展环境的影响。为充分发挥顶岗实习的育人功能,必须加强顶岗实习质量保证体系的构建,形成科学的有目标、有标准、有任务、有计划、有执行、有评价、有监控、有改进的螺旋式循环体系,并通过建好三个组织、处理好两对关系和采集好一组数据等措施以实现有效执行。

The internship of vocational colleges has a great influence on the quality lege. It mainly manifests itself in the cultivation of technical skPls,construction goals in major and course,theemployment of graduates and the impact of tlie development environment of tlie college. To give full play to thetraining function of the internship,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the quato form scientific goals with standards tasks - based,planned, implemented, evaluated, monitored, and im-proved spiral systems,and to achieve more efficient execution by building three organizations,dealing witli twopairs of relationships and collecting a set of data.
