玉米优良种衣剂筛选试验研究

Study on the Screening Test of Excellent Maize Seed-coating Agent

为筛选出玉米优良种衣剂应用于生产,选用5个不同配方的种衣剂,采用室内标准发芽试验和田间试验相结合的方法,研究了不同种衣剂对玉米种子发芽特性及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,2‰爱丽欧+1.2‰丁硫克百威复配种衣剂包衣对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长具有良好的促进作用,对地下害虫和苗枯病具有较好的防治效果。其发芽率、田间出苗率和活力指数最高,分别达99%、98%和476.71,根冠比为0.162,室内和田间主根长、根条数、根重均位居第一,且与对照存在显著差异。地下虫害率和苗枯病发病率均为最低,分别低于对照5.6%和7.7%。

In order to screen the excellent seed-coating agent of maize to be used in the production,selected and used five different formula of seed-coating agent,with the method about combination of laboratory germination tests and field tests,to research the impacts on seed germination and growth of different seed-coating agents. The results showed that the formula of 2‰ Ailiou ＋ 1. 2‰Carbosulfan complex seed-coating agent had better effect on corn growth development and pest controlling. Its seed germination,field emergence rate,and seed vitality index were supreme,respectively for 99%,98% and 476. 71,root-shoot ratio reached 0. 162.Through laboratory test and field test,the main root length,root number and root weight were all the first,there were significant differences compared with the control treatment. The 2‰ Ailiou ＋ 1. 2‰ Carbosulfan complex seed-coating agent had the lowest indicance of unground pests and maize seedling bligth,which were lower than comparison 5. 6% and 7. 7%.
