不同采收期对党参产质量的影响

Effect of Different Harvest Period on Yield and Quality of Codonopsis pilosula

以素花党参为供试品种,研究不同采收期对党参产量及质量的影响。结果表明,威宁县党参最佳采收期为11月底,其根性状最好,平均鲜根长为40.80cm、平均鲜根粗为1.89cm、平均鲜根重为30.75g,大根比例70%,中根30%,无小根;党参块根鲜品产量、干品产量、产值依次为487.55kg/667m2、156.02kg/667m2、10141.30元/667m2;块根品质符合国家药典要求,且醇溶性浸出物含量最高,为69.13%。

The Codonopsis pilosula Nannf. Var. modesta（ Nannf.） L. T. Shen were used as material to study the influence of different harvest period on the yield and quality of Codonopsis pilosula. The results showed that the Codonopsis pilosula＇s best harvest time was at the end of November in Weining County of Guizhou province,which had the best root traits that its average fresh root length was40. 80 cm,average fresh root diameter was 1. 89 cm,average fresh root weight was 30. 75 g,large root proportion of 70% and other 30%was medium root while no small root. The fresh root weight,dry goods weight and economic output were highest that of 487. 55 kg/667 m2,156. 02 kg/667 m2,10141. 30 Yuan/667 m2,respectively. The quality conformed to the national pharmacopoeia requirement and alcohol-soluble extract content was the highest for 69. 13%.
