摘要
为筛选烘烤效果好、宜推广运用的新能源烤房,引进生物质能、空气能和太阳能新型烘烤设备与燃煤烤房的经济效益进行对比。结果表明,太阳能烤房烘烤成本最低,其中能耗成本1.4元/kg,人力成本0.26元/kg,其次是空气能烤房,生物质能烤房与燃煤烤房相当;烤后烟叶均价均高于燃煤烤房。
The experiment was conducted by comparison of economic benefits among biomass energy flue-curing equipment,air energy flue-curing equipment,solar energy flue-curing equipment,and coal bulk-barn in order to screen popularizing new energy bulk-barn methods. The results showed that the cost was lowest in solar energy bulk-barn which the energy cost was 1. 4 yuan/kg( dry tobacco leaf) and man-labor cost was 0. 26 yuan/kg( dry tobacco leaf). The secondary was air energy bulk-barn,and the cost was equivalent between biomass energy and fire-coal bulk barn. The average price of dry tobacco leaf was higher among biomass energy,air energy and solar energy bulk barn than fire-coal bulk barn.
