摘要
为研究生物菌肥"农十八"—生物液在莴笋上的应用效果,探明最佳施用浓度,采用随机区组设计,开展了不同浓度试验。结果表明,生物菌肥"农十八"—生物液能明显增加莴笋茎粗、茎长、单株重、产量,增强抗病性和抗逆性。当浓度低于400倍时,增产效应随施用浓度的增大而提高,但浓度超过400倍,产量开始下降,增产率降低。在同等肥力土壤条件下,生物菌肥"农十八"—生物液的适宜浓度是300倍~400倍。
In order to study the application effect of biological bacteria fertilizer " Nong18" biological fluid on lettuce and the reasonable concentration,a different concentration experiment was carried out. The results indicated that biological bacteria fertilizer " Nong18 " can significantly increase the lettuce stem diameter,stem length,weight per plant,yield and enhance plant resistance. When the concentration is lower than 400 times,the yield increase with the concentration,but when the concentration is more than 400 times,the yield begins to decline and the yield increase decreases. Under the condition of the same soil fertility,the suitable concentration of biological bacterial fertilizer " Nong18" is 300 times to 400 times.
