贵州黔东南地区茶产业的SWOT模型分析

SWOT Model Analysis of the Tea Industry in Southeast of Guizhou Province

茶产业在贵州省黔东南地区有着悠久的发展历史。它与当地经济文化长期融合、发展,深深地影响着当地各民族群众的生产生活,是当地重要经济支柱之一。然而,黔东南茶产业的发展水平和产业规模与省内外先进地区相比始终存在较大差距。通过SWOT模型分析表明:良好的生态环境和作为茶树原产地的先天优势,使得这里的茶产业能够保持长久的生命力,而交通条件差、在历史上开发晚、对产业优势的利用不够充分,以及竞争形势严峻等,是黔东南茶产业难以赶超省内外先进的原因。

The tea industry has a long history in southeast Guizhou Province. Through its development,it has integrated with the economy and culture of Guizhou＇s southeast,and is one of the important local economic pillars. However,there is still a huge gap between the development level and industrial scale of the tea industry in the region and that in advanced regions in and outside the province.What is the reason for this？ This paper answers the question through SWOT model analysis： A good ecological environment and the innate advantages such as the origin of tea-trees contribute to the lasting development of the tea industry. However,it has bad transportation conditions,late development,insufficient utilization of industry advantages and severe competition. These are the reasons why the tea industry in the southeast of Guizhou Province cannot catch up with and surpass that in advanced regions in and beyond the province.
