云南少数民族非物质文化遗产的档案建立与保护初探

The Establishment and Safeguard of Archives Reflecting Intangible Cultural Heritage Associated with Ethnic Minorities in Yunnan

云南少数民族非物质文化遗产资源是中华民族灿烂文明的重要组成部分和典型代表,然而其正在遭受着强烈的全球文化冲击而面临着逐渐消亡的危险。档案部门在保护和传承这些宝贵文化遗产资源的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。文章就如何把档案管理思路和方法与少数民族非物质文化遗产资源档案的建立和保护有机结合,以及如何进一步促进档案管理在云南少数民族非物质文化保护过程中发挥重要作用等方面进行探讨与分析,这在当前强调社会主义民族文化建设和推动中国梦早日实现的形式下尤为重要。

Intangible cultural heritage associated with ethnic minorities in Yunnan represents an important and typical component of China＇s unique and splendid civilization, which, however, is suffering from global cultural homogeneity, and facing the threat of gradual demise. Therefore, archives and related fields play a key role in protecting these valuable cultural heritage resources and maintaining cultural continuity. In the present study, the focus is on two major aspects. One is to discuss how to integrate the ideas and methods of archival management into the establishment of archives reflecting intangible cultural heritage associated with ethnic minorities, and another is to explore how to promote the public manifestations of intangible culture for better protection and utilization purpose. This is especially true given the current emphasis on China＇s socialist culture development and the fulfilling the Chinese dream of the great national rejuvenation.
