大学生心理健康教育存在的问题及对策——以安徽财经大学为例

Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Mental Health Education:Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an Example

为增强大学生心理健康教育的有效性,从课程开设情况、教师授课过程评价、大学生对心理健康教育发展的期待等三个维度入手,设计调查问卷,对安徽财经大学学生进行抽样调查。针对调研中发现的问题,提出通过重视政策落实、改善课堂教学条件、加强师资队伍建设、加大课程教学的课外延展力度等方式,来加强对大学生心理健康的教育。

In order to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' mental health education,a questionnaire survey was conducted from three dimensions,such as curriculum opening,teaching process evaluation,and the expectation of college students for the development of mental health education. A sample survey was conducted on students in Anhui University of Finance and Economics. In view of the problems found in the investigation,this paper proposes to strengthen the education of college students' mental health by paying attention to the implementation of policies,improving the classroom teaching conditions,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and extending the extracurricular extension of course teaching.
