基于工作过程的高职葡萄酒工程专业课程体系构建研究

The Course System Builds Research of Professional Wine Engineering Based on Working Procedure

课程体系是高职院校体现办学特色的重要载体。结合学院实际,深入分析了高职葡萄酒工程专业课程体系的建设现状和存在问题,依据基于工作过程课程体系的构建思路,结合对产区葡萄酒行业企业的调研分析,提出了基于工作过程的葡萄酒工程专业学习领域课程体系建设方案,并对教学模式、教学方法及教学评价提出了改革建议。

The curriculum system is an important carrier that embodies the characteristics of running school in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the actual,wine engineering specialty in higher vocational college construction situation and existing problems of curriculum system, carried on the thorough analysis on the basis of based on the working process of the curriculum system,combined with the research analysis of the production areas in China wine industry enterprises,was proposed based on the working process of the wine engineering learning field curriculum system construction plan, and the teaching mode,teaching method and teaching evaluation reform proposals were put forward.
