摘要 绿色发展"系党的十八届五中全会提出并确立的"五大发展理念"之一,也是当今国际社会热议的话题。我国长期以来以牺牲资源和环境为代价的粗放型经济增长方式,使经济社会逐步陷入了"高碳困锁"的被动局面。这种发展路径给资源环境造成了极大的浪费和破坏,严重制约了我国经济社会的健康发展。要破解这一难题,既需要树立奋力前行的勇气,找准并去除影响绿色产业发展的障碍,更需要实现观念更新与科技开发的融合和互动,促进"绿色发展"科技研究成果向现实生产力转换,从而更好地造福地球和人类。 Green Development"is one of the"five major development concepts"proposed and established by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party,which is also a hot topic in the international community today.For a long time,the extensive pattern of economic growth of our country at the expense of sacrificing resources and the environment has gradually trapped the economy and society in a passive situation of"high-carbon stranded locks".This development path has caused tremendous waste and damage to the resources and environment,seriously restricting the healthy development of our economy and society.To crack this problem,we need to establish the courage to go forward,identify and remove obstacles that affect the development of green industries,and more need to achieve the integration and interaction of concept renewal and scientific and technological development,so as to promote the transformation scientific and technological research achievement of"green development"to the actual productivity,and better benefit the planet and humanity.
