党的十九大提出了实施乡村振兴战略,这是当前和今后一个时期做好农业农村经济工作的指导思想和行动指南。近年来,在国家强农惠农富农政策的支持下,我国农业发展取得了巨大的成就。但农业发展仍存在矛盾和难题。要按照全面建成小康社会、增强农村发展活力的要求,加快推进农业农村现代化,积极推进农业经营、生产、产业体系创新。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party proposed the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside,which is the guiding ideology and action guide for doing a good job in agricultural and rural economy in the current and future periods.In recent years,with the support of the state＇s policy of strengthening agriculture,benefiting farmers and raising rural living standards,great achievements have been made in the agricultural development in our country.However,there are still contradictions and problems in agricultural development.We should speed up the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and actively promote the innovation of agricultural management,production and industrial systems in accordance with the requirements of building a moderately prosperous society and enhancing the vitality of rural development.
