建立大学生思想政治素质档案的困境与路径研究

新形势下提高思想政治教育的地位和作用刻不容缓,但当前许多工作流于表面,并没有取得应有的效果。因此有必要建立以大数据为基础的大学生思想政治素质档案,综合反映大学生在校期间的思想政治素质,并作为评先、推优等工作的参考。同时,要针对档案建立过程中的定性评价与定量评价的整合、评价模式的选择、考虑对大学生的影响以及校际信息错位等诸多难题,充分发挥大数据在档案规范和应用方面的重要作用,切实增强大学生思想政治素质档案的应用性和实效性。

It is urgent to improve the status and function of ideological and political education in the new situation.However,many current works are superficial,and do not achieve the desired results.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a college student＇s ideological and political quality archives based on big data,to comprehensively reflect the ideological and political quality of college students during their school years and serve as a reference for appraising and recommending the excellent.At the same time,it is necessary to give full play to the important role of big data in the regulation and application of archives in view of the difficulties during the establishment of the archives,such as the integration of qualitative and quantitative evaluation,the selection of evaluation mode,the impact on college students and the dislocation of inter-school information,to effectively enhance the applicability and effectiveness of college students＇ideological and political quality archives.
