电子病历系统应用水平分级测评实践

Practice on Electronic Medical Records System Application Classification Evaluation

以国家卫生部颁布的电子病历系统应用水平分级评价方法及标准为基础,结合地方医院信息化建设的特点,对国家标准和地方标准进行比对,分析了它们之间的关联和特点。对系统模块开展功能测试以外,梳理了20个子系统的业务流程及子系统之间的交互关系,并采用路径覆盖的测试方法对电子病历子系统进行业务流程测试。最后依据地方医院申报情况和测评结果,分析比较了地方医院信息化建设的应用情况及现存的共性问题和差距。

Based on electronic medical records system application classification evaluation method and standard which is promulgated by National Health and Family Planning Commission,combining with the characteristics of local hospital informatization construction,the correlation and characteristics of national standard and local standard are analyzed and contrasted. On the basis of the system module function test method,interaction relationship between business process of the twenty subsystems and subsystem is summarized,and path coverage test method of business process is added. Finally,according to local hospitals evaluation declaration and testing results,the paper analyzes application situation of local hospital informatization construction,the existing common problems and gaps.
