摘要
本文采用结构方程的方法分析跨国研发中心与中国国家创新体系(NIS)的关系,发现跨国研发中心能有效提升东道国NIS创新能力,本文着重探讨了跨国研发中心如何提升东道国NIS及其作用机理。通过实地调研及分析109家跨国研发中心的268份调研问卷,结果发现:一是跨国研发中心通过直接改变关系嵌入、结构嵌入和虚拟嵌入而对NIS创新能力产生影响;二是跨国研发中心通过关系嵌入、结构嵌入和虚拟嵌入作用于开放式NIS。本文模型拟合得出了跨国研发中心嵌入及其要素(关系嵌入、结构嵌入和虚拟嵌入)对NIS影响的效应系数。
This paper analyzes the relationship between transnational R&D centers and the NIS of China by structural equation,and the results show that transnational R&D centers can effectively enhance the innovation capacity of the host country's NIS. It also focuses on how the transnational R&D center promotes the host country's NIS and its mechanism. Through the analysis of the 268 questionnaire of 109 transnational R&D centers,the paper draws two conclusions: first,by directly changing the relational embedding,structural embedding and virtual embedding,transnational,R&D( enters can change the NIS innovation capacity; second,through relational embedding,structural embedding and virtual embedding transnational,R&D centers can thus act on the open NIS.Meanwhile,the effect coefficient of the embedding of the transnational R&D center and its factors relational embedding,structural embedding and virtual embedding) on the NIS is also obtained.
