Development Trend of New Social Movement in China and Countermeasures

新社会运动是20世纪中叶发轫于西方发达国家的一种体制外抗争,在主体、议题、方式和组织等方面都与传统社会运动迥然不同。我国正处于经济社会发展的重要战略机遇期和社会矛盾凸显期,随着发展转型和国际化程度愈演愈烈,新社会运动产生和发展的各种条件也在酝酿形成。如何有效地引导和规范民众在新形势下的利益诉求及其表达方式,研究新社会运动的发生机理和复杂效应,并在此基础上确立动态稳定观,积极化解社会矛盾,成为构建和谐社会的重要任务。

The newsocial movement,a kind of institutional struggle,began in the western developed countries in the middle of the 20 th century,and was very different from the traditional social movement in terms of subject,subject matter,way and organization. China is in the economic and social development of the important strategic opportunities and highlighted social contradictions,with the development of transformation and internationalization intensified,the newsocial movement and development of the various conditions are taking the shape. Howto effectively guide and standardize the interests of the people in the newsituation demands and their expression,to study the newsocial movement mechanism and complex effects,and on this basis to establish a dynamic stability concept,and actively resolve social contradictions,is an important task in building a harmonious society.
