摘要
[目的]探讨小组合作和角色扮演法在独立学院护士人文修养实践课程中的应用效果。[方法]以2015级和2016级护理专业学生为研究对象,分别作为对照组和观察组;对照组采用传统实践课程教学法,观察组采用小组合作和角色扮演相结合的实践课程教学法;课程中对学生进行阶段性考评,课程结束后对两组学生实践课程考核成绩、课堂满意度、人文关怀能力进行比较。[结果]观察组实践考核成绩、课堂满意度和人文关怀能力均高于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]在独立学院护士人文修养实践课程中应用小组合作和角色扮演法有助于培养学生自主学习能力及团队协作精神,有利于提高人文关怀能力和课堂满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of group cooperation and role-playing in Humanistic Training in Nursing in an independent college.Methods:The nursing students in grade 2015 and 2016 were selected as subjects,respectively as control group and experimental group.The students in control group adopted the traditional curriculum teaching method,the students in experimental group adopted the combination of group cooperation and role-playing.Students received the stage assessment during the course.After the end of the course,the practice curriculum performance,classroom satisfaction and humanistic care ability of students were compared between both groups.Results:The score of practice,satisfaction of students and ability of humanistic care in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of group cooperation and role-playing in Humanistic Training in Nursing in an independent college helped to cultivate students' ability of independent learning and teamwork,and also improved their humanistic ability and satisfaction with class.
