院外跟踪护理对艾滋病病人疾病管理能力及治疗依从性的影响

Influence of hospital tracking care on disease management and treatment compliance for AIDS patients

[目的]探讨院外跟踪护理对艾滋病病人疾病管理能力及治疗依从性的影响。[方法]将110例稳定期出院的艾滋病病人根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组出院时行常规出院宣教,观察组出院后对其进行为期6个月的院外跟踪护理,观察两组病人干预前后疾病管理能力情况,记录两组病人抗艾滋病治疗依从性、病毒转阴率、不良反应率及满意率情况。[结果]观察组干预后自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识、自护技能及总分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从率、病毒阴性率、病人满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),而不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]院外跟踪护理能有效提高艾滋病病人疾病管理能力,提高病人疾病治疗依从性,改善病人治疗效果,降低病人治疗不良反应,提高病人治疗满意率。

Objective:To investigate the influence of hospital tracking care on disease management and treatment compliance of AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 110 cases of AIDS patients were divided into observation group and control group from June 2014 to June 2017,55 cases in each.The patients in control group received the hospital discharge routine mission and patients in observation group received the disease management and treatment compliance for sixes months.Two groups were follow-up for six months.The disease management capability of patients in two groups before and after the intervention was recorded.The AIDS treatment adherence,viral negative rate adverse reaction rate and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Results:The self-responsibility,self-concept,self-knowledge,self-care skills and the ability to self-score of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance,viral negative rate,patients' satisfaction rate of patients in observation group were higher than those in control groups(P<0.05),while the rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital tracking care could improve the AIDS disease management capabilities,improve patients' disease treatment compliance,improve their outcomes,reduce adverse reactions of patients and improve patients' treatment satisfaction.
