摘要
某核电厂调试运行以来,冷冻水控制系统由于原设计不足,一直存在双系统控制耦合问题及控制逻辑缺陷,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行,本文介绍了在冷冻水控制系统采用新型DCS后,能够很好地解决原控制系统存在的问题,大大提高了核电厂的安全性,并对改造中遇到的问题进行阐述,为实现核电厂DCS控制系统的推广应用提供一定的借鉴。
During operation of a Nuclear Power Plant, design defects in chilled water control system were found ,which seriously impact the safe and stable operation of the Nuclear Power Plant. This paper introduces the problems existed in the original control system can be solved well by using the new DCS, and describes the problems and solutions encountered in the transformation. We hope that this paper will serve as a reference for DCS application in the nuclear power plant.
