Rethink on Leizhou Drum-Replacing

雷州换鼓曾被誉为天下四绝之一,但人们对雷州换鼓是什么却争论不休。从民族学资料中,我们发现了雷州换鼓的真义。雷州换鼓包括:把铜鼓送往雷州府、换成雷州雷神庙的龙凤灵鼓、再运回原地三个环节。其原因是:雷州雷神闻名于天下,中国有了"铜鼓出在雷州府"的公论,南方苗、彝、土家等民族都有到雷州更换铜鼓的遗迹。

Leizhou Drum-Replacing is viewed as one of four-musts,but its identity is still controversial.From the ethnological data,we found the true meaning of Leizhou Drum-Replacing:the drums sent to the Leizhou,were replaced by the Dragon-Phoenix drums from the Thor Temple,and then sent back in situ.The reason is:Leizhou Thor and copper drums are both famous in the world.The relics of Leizhou Drum-Replacing can be easily found in places as the South Miao,Yi,Tujia and other ethnic groups.
