摘要
我国是历史悠久的农业大国,农产品生产的主体仍然是分散经营的农户,他们的农产品质量安全意识及认知程度参差不齐,标准化种植尚未普及,因此,我国农产品质量安全整体水平不高。本文分析了农产品质量安全的影响因素,主要集中在生产过程、加工过程以及环境污染等几个方面,并在此基础上提出了推动我国农产品质量安全发展的对策。
Our country is a large agricultural country with a long history. The main body of the production ofagricultural products is still the scattered farmers. The quality and safety awareness and cognition of theiragricultural products are uneven, and the standardized cultivation has not been popularized. At present, theoverall level of the quality of agricultural products in our country is not high. In this paper, the author analyzedthe factors affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products, mainly concentrated in the productionprocess, process and environment, and put forward some countermeasures to promote China's agriculturalproducts quality safety development based on the analysis of the reasons.
