近年来,我国农业中传统的家庭土地分散经营模式仍占据相当大的比例,这种模式严重制约了现代农业的快速健康发展,农业机械化、规模化、标准化、产业化的水平亟待提高。农业适度规模经营能够加快农业结构调整的步伐,促进资金、科技、劳动力等生产要素的优化组合,提高农业整体效益,加快农业现代化的进程。本文阐述了农业适度规模经营的内涵,我国实行适度规模经营的必然性,以及发展具有中国特色的农业适度规模经营模式的建议。

In recent years, the traditional decentralized model of family land still occupies a considerableproportion in China＇s agriculture. This model seriously restricts the rapid and healthy development of modernagriculture, and the level of agricultural mechanization, scale, standardization and industrialization needs to beimproved. The moderate scale management of agriculture is to accelerate agricultural structural adjustment stepcutting, to promote the optimization and combination of production factors such as labor, capital, science andtechnology, to improve the overall efficiency of agriculture, accelerate agricultural modernization. This paperexpounded the connotation of the moderate scale management of agriculture, the necessity of carrying out themoderate scale management in China, and the suggestion of developing the management scale managementmode of agriculture with Chinese characteristics.
