Apple is rich in nutrition and low in heat quantity, and it is favored by consumers. In recent years,the planting area of apple has gradually increased, but many places are short of boutique fruit. Boutique appleis a high quality apple with good appearance and internal quality, and the safety is in line with therequirements of the domestic and foreign markets. This paper introduced the cultivation and managementtechnology of boutique apple, including the selection of excellent varieties of apple, choice of orchard address,rational close planting, scientific fertilization, reasonable pruning and fruit management technology.
