摘要 苹果营养丰富、热量低,深受消费者喜爱。近年来,苹果种植面积逐渐增大,但精品苹果数量不多。精品苹果是外观与内在质量俱佳,且安全性符合国内外市场要求的优质高档苹果。本文介绍了精品苹果栽培管理技术,包括选择优良苹果品种、适地建园、合理密植、科学施肥、适当修剪和花果精细管理技术。 Apple is rich in nutrition and low in heat quantity, and it is favored by consumers. In recent years,the planting area of apple has gradually increased, but many places are short of boutique fruit. Boutique appleis a high quality apple with good appearance and internal quality, and the safety is in line with therequirements of the domestic and foreign markets. This paper introduced the cultivation and managementtechnology of boutique apple, including the selection of excellent varieties of apple, choice of orchard address,rational close planting, scientific fertilization, reasonable pruning and fruit management technology.
