摘要
选用Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)+Mn(Ⅱ)为催化剂降解溴酚蓝染料废水,分别考察了降解初始pH、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、双氧水用量及降解反应时间对降解效果的影响。结果表明,在最优条件下,三种催化剂Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)+Mn(Ⅱ)的COD降解率依次为25%,73%,76%,脱色率均大于95%。Fe(Ⅱ)+Mn(Ⅱ)为催化剂不仅降解效果好,而且降解所消耗试剂及时间更少,降解成本相对较低。另外,初步尝试了可用于工业生产中的球形铁锰催化剂的制备,经用于染料废水降解,COD降解率65%,脱色率可达到95%。
Fe( Ⅱ),Fe( Ⅲ) and Fe( Ⅱ) + Mn( Ⅱ) were used as catalysts to degrade bromophenol blue dye wastewater. The effects of degradation initial pH,catalyst type,catalyst dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage and degradation reaction time on the degradation efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the COD degradation rates of Fe( Ⅱ),Fe( Ⅲ) and Fe( Ⅱ) + Mn( Ⅱ) were 25%,73% and 76%,respectively,and the decolorization rate was higher than 95%. Fe( Ⅱ) + Mn( Ⅱ) as catalyst not only has good degradation effect,but also degrades the consumption of reagents and less time,the degradation cost is relatively low. In addition,the preparation of spherical ferromanganese catalyst can be used in the industrial production. Used for degradation of dye wastewater,the degradation rate of COD is 65% and the decolorization rate is 95%.
