摘要
建立HPLC测定制首乌无糖颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量的方法。色谱条件为Agilent 5TC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(27∶73)为流动相,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长320 nm,进样量5μL。结果表明,二苯乙烯苷在0.5~5μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为102.22%,RSD=1.08%。该方法简便、可靠,适用于制首乌无糖颗粒的质量控制。
To develop a method for determination of stibene glucoside in radix polygoni multiflori sugar free granula by HPLC. The HPLC analysis was validated on a Agilent 5 TC-C18（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of acn-water（ 27∶ 73）,the flow rate was 1. 0 m L/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃,the detecting wavelength was 320 nm. The result showed that the stibene glucoside was in good linearity within0. 5 ~ 5 μg（ r = 0. 999 6）,the average recovery was 102. 22%,and RSD was 1. 08%. The method is simple and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of radix polygoni multiflori sugar free granula.
