不同根充止点下预备根管对常温流动牙胶充填质量的影响

Effects of different root canal filling stop on quality of root canal filling in root canals obturated with Gutta-Flow

目的研究不同根充止点下预备前牙单根管对常温流动牙胶充填质量和根尖封闭性的影响。方法离体单根管前牙60颗,按随机对照实验设计的原则,以不同根充止点(分别距根尖孔0.5 mm、1 mm及2 mm处)随机分为3组,均用0.06锥度MTwo镍钛器械预备至25号,采用GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶根管充填,记录充填物超填情况,X线片评价充填情况,透明技术染料渗透法观察根尖封闭情况。结果在不同根充止点下预备后,随着根充止点离根尖孔距离缩短,虽然超填的根管数增加,但差异无统计学意义。随着根充止点离根尖孔距离增加,欠填的根管数增加,其中根充止点离根尖孔2 mm组的欠填根管数显著高于离根尖孔0.5 mm组。根充止点离根尖孔处0.5 mm或1 mm,常温流动牙胶充填后微渗漏结果差异无统计学意义,而根充止点离根尖孔2 mm组微渗漏距离显著增加。结论根充止点离根尖孔0.5 mm或1 mm可提高常温流动牙胶充填质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of different root canal filling stop on quality of root canal filling and apical sealing in root canals obturated with GuttaFlow. Methods 60 teeth were randomly divided into three groups, using different root canal filling stops to shape the root canals with MTwo（25/06） file. All root canals were obturated with GuttaFlow, and the overfilling of the root canals were recorded and evaluated by X-ray. And the apical microleakage of teeth was evaluated by transparent teeth technique. Results The roots were prepared with MTwo（25/06） as master apical file, the overfilling rate of the root canals in root canal filling stop was higher as the distance from the apex was shorter, but there was no significant difference. The under-filling rate of the root canals in root canal filling stop was higher as the distance from the apex was longer. And the under-filled root canals in root canal filling stop0.5 mm from the apex showed a statistically significant difference with 2 mm. The mean dyeing penetration length in0.5 mm and 1 mm group was significantly shorter than 2 mm group. Conclusion A suitable root canal filling stop could improve the quality of root canal filling in root canals obturated with GuttaFlow.
