β-catenin在非特殊型浸润性导管癌中的表达及其对患者预后的影响

Expression of β-catenin in non-specific invasive ductal carcinoma and its effect on prognosis

目的:探讨β-catenin在非特殊型浸润性导管癌(IDC-NOS)中的表达情况及其与患者临床病理参数、预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色技术检测273例IDC-NOS中β-catenin的表达情况,分析β-catenin与IDC-NOS患者临床病理参数以及生存之间的关系。结果:β-catenin的异常表达与雌激素受体状态(ER)显著负相关(r_s=-0.134,P=0.027),与其他病理学参数均不相关。β-catenin异常表达的IDC-NOS患者预后差。在ER阳性的IDC-NOS患者中,β-catenin异常表达的患者预后差;在ER阴性的IDC-NOS患者中,β-catenin的表达对患者预后没有影响。结论:β-catenin异常表达的IDC-NOS患者预后差。β-catenin的异常表达与ER状态呈显著负相关。β-catenin的表达情况能够影响ER阳性IDC-NOS患者的预后。

Objective： To explore the expression of β-catenin in IDC-NOS（invasive ductal carcinoma, not otherwise specified） tissues and its relationship with the clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis of these patients. Methods： The expression of β-catenin in 273 cases with IDC-NOS was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the correlation between β-catenin and pathological features of IDC-NOS was analyzed. Results： The aberrant expression of β-catenin was negatively correlated with estrogen receptor（ER） status（rs=-0.134,P=0.027）, and uncorrelated with other clinicopathologic parameters. The aberrant expression of β-catenin was associated with poor prognosis.Moreover, the aberrant expression of β-catenin could not indicate poor prognosis in ER negative patients but could indicate poor prognosis in ER positive patients. Conclusion： Aberrent expression of β-catenin in IDC-NOS patients may indicate poor prognosis. The aberrant expression of β-catenin is negatively correlated with ER status. In the presence of ER, the aberrant expression of β-catenin could indicate poor prognosis of IDC-NOS patients.
