开放大学师资队伍建设对于现代远程教育的发展起到十分重要的作用,从现代远程教育对于开放大学师资队伍的要求出发,通过相关实践调研,明确开放大学师资队伍建设的真实状况,并对存在的相关问题提出一些可行性对策。提出开放大学师资队伍建设过程中需要转变指导思想,更新教育理念,加强学科带头人和骨干教师队伍建设,建立合理的教师资源配置机制和教师评价体系,对处于建设阶段的开放大学具有十分重要的实践指导意义。

As teaching team construction plays a significant role in the development of modern distance education, this paper tries to expose the status quo of open university faculty building through surveys and raise feasible solutions to some problems to help open universities fit the faculty construction requirements. In the course of teaching team construction, guidance policies need to be changed,teaching concepts updated, the construction of academic pacesetter and backbone teacher strengthened, more reasonable teacher resource allocation mechanism built, and optimized teacher assessment system established. These are of great significance for the open universities still in the start-up stage.
