摘要
开放教育学生学习动机总体上处在有待提高的一个水平上,较低的学习动机水平,导致学习行为具有消极特征。影响开放教育学生学习动机的因素主要有功利性需求、较低的自我概念、教师自主支持不足以及学业压力不足等。为保证开放教育培养质量,应深入探索和精准推进教学改革,干预和转化负面动机、强化正面动机,提升开放教育学生动机水平。
Open education students' learning motivation is not enough on the whole, and the low level of learning motivation leads to negative characteristics of learning behavior. The main factors that affect the motivation of the students in the open education are utilitarian demand, low self concept, lack of support from teachers, and lack of academic pressure. In order to ensure the quality of open education, it is necessary to explore and promote the reform of teaching, intervene and transform the negative motivation, strengthen the positive motivation, and promote the students' motivation level.
