澳大利亚终身教育体系发展的探究及启示

终身教育在澳大利亚具有很长的发展历史,一直被认为处于世界领先地位。其终身教育体系比较完备,贫富差距增大等因素是其发展的动因。在实践上,澳大利亚以其完善的教育培训体系鼓励人们在生命的各个阶段去学习,因而推动了终身教育的发展。但是澳大利亚终身教育也面临经费保障不足、指标体系过细、教育培训过强等因素的挑战。对比澳大利亚的优势和不足,我国应当加强终身教育的立法和必要的财政保障,构建我国高等教育与职业技术教育衔接的终身教育体系。

The lifelong education has a long history in Australia, and is regarded as the pioneer in this field in the world. Its lifelong education system is comparatively complete. Its developmental factors include enlarging the gap between rich and poor and so on. In practice, people are encouraged to study during their whole life because of its complete education system in Australia, which in turn makes the lifelong learning move forward smoothly. However, Australia is also facing some challenges such as short of costs, overdetailed items of evaluation system, and over-strong training etc. In comparison with the advantages and disadvantages of Australian lifelong education, our country should strengthen the lifelong educational law, increase essential financial guarantee and construct the lifelong education system connecting higher education and vocational technological education.
