摘要
实践性知识是教师对教育教学经验进行反思和提炼后形成的,并通过行动体现的对教育教学的认识。在师范生见习、演习、实习和研习四个阶段,信息技术在认知工具、交往平台、活动环境等方面具有重要作用,能够促进师范生实践性知识的习得。教师可以借助互动平台助力见习观摩、通过微格实践推进演习交流、利用网络平台管理实习全程、使用电子工具给力研习评价,帮助师范生在教学设计、教学实施和教育教学评价能力的实践性知识习得方面获得实质性的进步。
Practical knowledge is a reflection and refinement of teachers 'experience in education and teaching,and the realization of educational teaching through action.In the four stages of teaching practice-probation,rehearsal,teaching and research,information technology plays an important role in cognitive tools,communication platform and environment,which can promote the acquisition of practical knowledge of normal school students. Teachers can use interactive platform power trainee view,through the micro teaching rooms promoting communication,use of network platform management practice exercises,using electronic tools to study evaluation,help the normal students in the teaching design,teaching and education teaching evaluation ability of a substantial improvement in terms of practical knowledge acquisition.
