煤炭企业煤炭资源回收率合理性评价模型研究

Study on Reasonable Evaluation of Coal Resource Recovery in Coal Enterprises

从地质条件复杂性、开采技术水平和管理水平三个维度,设计了煤炭资源回收率的评价标准体系和基于模糊综合评价法的评价模型,根据评价结果将煤炭资源回收率合理性等级划分为不合理、合理、较合理和非常合理四个层面,并利用该标准与评价模型对付村煤业有限公司的煤炭资源回收情况进行了评价分析。研究发现,影响其煤炭资源回收率的关键因素是工艺设计的合理性与管理水平。未来应积极开展科学研究,探讨采用无煤柱开采的可行性;加强煤炭资源回收管理,对顶煤、边界不规则煤层等回收问题采取应对措施;提高科研水平、技术水平,为减少环境对放煤工艺影响提供技术支持;进一步提高管理水平,加强日常的浮煤清扫等管理工作。

The recovery rate of coal resource is determined by many factors.This paper analyzes the influence of various factors on the recovery rate of coal resource from the aspects of geological factors,mining methods,production mechanization level,organizational management methods and so on.On this basis,the evaluation standard system of coal resource recovery rate and the evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are designed from the three dimensions of geological condition complexity,mining technology level and management level.According to the evaluation results,the rationality grade of coal resource recovery rate is divided into unreasonable,reasonable,more reasonable,and very reasonable.The paper also evaluates and analyzes the coal resource recovery situation of the village coal co.,LTD.by using the standard and the evaluation model,and finds out the main problems affecting the coal resource recovery rate of the company,and put forward corresponding improvement measures.
