卡维地洛联合胺碘酮对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效

Effects of Carvedilol combined with Amiodarone in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的:观察卡维地洛联合胺碘酮对老年慢性心力衰竭患者B型利钠肽(BNP)、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)及心功能的影响。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭(CHF)治疗的老年患者120例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和卡维地洛片,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予盐酸胺碘酮片。观察两组患者BNP、Cys C及心功能治疗前后变化。结果:两组患者治疗前BNP、Cys C水平无明显差异,治疗后均有所下降,但观察组下降的更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者心功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心功能差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛联合胺碘酮对于老年CHF患者具有较好的临床疗效,能够明显降低BNP、Cys C水平,改善患者心功能。

Objective:To observe effects of Carvedilol combined with Amiodarone on Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),serum cystatin C(Cys,C) and cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,each with 60 cases.The control group received routine treatment and Carvedilol tablets,while the observation group was given Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.Gradually reduce the amount of 0.1 g,take orally 1 times a day,and maintain the medicine for 8 weeks.The changes of BNP,Cys,C and cardiac function before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in the BNP and Cys C levels between the two groups;however,after the treatment,these indicators decreased,but the observation group decreased more obviously,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the heart function between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Carvedilol combined with Amiodarone has a good clinical effect on the elderly patients with CHF,and can significantly reduce the levels of BNP and Cys C and improve the heart function.
