中药健儿扶正膏治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾两虚、卫表不固证)的临床研究

Clinical study of Jianer Fuzhengdecoction in treatment of children's recurrent respiratory tract infections

目的:观察中药健儿扶正膏治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾两虚、卫表不固证)的临床效果。方法:选取反复呼吸道感染患儿92例,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组用匹多莫德颗粒治疗,观察组用健儿扶正膏治疗,分析比较两组临床疗效、呼吸道感染次数、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组呼吸道感染次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药健儿扶正膏治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(肺脾两虚、卫表不固证)效果显著,可以减少呼吸道感染次数,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Chinese medicine Jianer Fuzhengdecoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections(lung and spleen deficiency,insecurity of the defensive exterior).Methods:92 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pidotimod granules,while the observation group was given Jianer Fuzhengdecoction treatment.The clinical efficacies,respiratory tract infection times,and adverse reaction incidence rates of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After the treatment,the number of respiratory tract infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusions:The Chinese medicine Jianer Fuzhengdecoction on children with recurrent respiratory tract infections is remarkably effectie,and can reduce the frequency of respiratory tract infections with a higher safety.
