护理服务在自身免疫性疾病患者行双重血浆置换治疗中的应用

Application of nursing service in patients with autoimmune diseases undergoing double filtration plasmapheresis therapy

目的:观察围治疗期护理在自身免疫性疾病患者行双重血浆置换(DFPP)治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取自身免疫性疾病患者68例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组各34例。两组均给予双重血浆置换治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予围治疗期护理。比较两组DFPP顺利完成率和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组DFPP顺利完成率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在自身免疫性疾病患者行双重血浆置换治疗中引入围治疗期护理,能够提高DFPP完成率,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe effects of perioperative nursing in patients with autoimmune diseases undergoing double filtration plasmapheresis(DFPP) therapy.Methods:68 patients with autoimmune diseases were selected as the observation objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given DFPP.Besides,the control group received the routine nursing,while the observation group used the perioperative nursing combined with the routine nursing.The successful rates of DFPP and the complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The successful rate of DFPP of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the complication incidence rate was obviously lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the treatment of the patients with autoimmune diseases,the introduction of the perioperative nursing measures can improve the successful rate of DFPP,and reduce the incidence of complications.
