“公益剧场”与戏曲文化产业:问题与对策——以周口市“周末公益剧场”为例

Problems and solutions of“Public Welfare Theater”and traditional Chinese opera industry:Case study of“Weekly Public Theater”in Zhoukou city

"周末公益剧场"项目作为周口市政府的重点惠民工程,在过去多年里对周口戏曲文化产业发展有着重要价值与深远影响。但近两年的发展现状不容乐观,主要表现在政府由"主导"变成"包办"、企业参与由"积极投入"到"投入减缓"、观众数量由前期的"场场爆满"到"人烟寥落"。"周末公益剧场"面临几个突出问题:现行文化体制拖缓传统文化产业化进程;原创剧目缺乏;演艺人才"老龄化"严重;市场主体投入比例下降;观众兴趣度降低。鉴于此,解决问题的对策主要有:转变政府职能,由政府"包办"改为"引导";应加大原创剧目创作,培养新锐戏剧演艺人才;政策上倾斜,推动企业参与投入;进行分众研究,迎合观众需求。

As the focus of the Government project in Zhoukou city,"Weekly public theater"project has brought important value and far-reaching impact in the past years for Zhoukou opera cultural industry.But in the past two years,Its status of development is not optimistic,mainly in some aspects such as the government function from the "dominant"into "arranged";business participation from the"positive investment"to"slow down";the number of visitors from the early"the field is full"to"Sporadic".This has led to several outstanding problems:the current cultural system is slowing down the traditional cultural industrialization process;the original repertoire is lacking;there is serious"aging"about performing talents;the proportion is declining in the main market investment;audience interest is reducing.The main measures to solve the problems are:to change the government functions by the function of the government from"arranged"to"guide";increasing the original repertoire creations,training cutting-edge drama talents;policy is tilted,to promote business participation;researching stratified viewers and meeting the needs of the audience.
