摘要
在五年制高职会计专业"基础会计"课程项目式教学中借鉴戴明理论创设PDDCEA循环,同时融入混合式教学来进行教学组织与设计,引入线上线下的教师主导、学生自主学习探究、教师适时评价反馈的泛在学习模式。鼓励师生共同诊断与改进教学,实现教师的教与学生的学共同进步,培养学生职业素养及终身学习的能力。
In the project-based teaching of the course Basic Accounting in five year higher vocational accounting major,the PDDCEA cycle is created by using Deming Theory for reference in this article,the hybrid teaching is integrated into the organization and design of teaching,and the online and offline ubiquitous learning mode of teachers acting as a guiding role,students autonomous learning and teachers timely evaluation and feedback is introduced.Moreover,some suggestions are presented,such as encouraging teachers and students to diagnose together and improve their teaching and learning,realizing the common progress of teachers' teaching and students' learning and cultivating students' professional quality and lifelong learning ability.
