工程技术研究中心在应用型本科人才培养中的作用探讨

Discussion on the Role of Engineering Technology Research Center in Application-oriented Undergraduate Talents Training

阐述了应用型本科院校在人才培养方面面临的困难,分析了工程技术研究中心共建双方的各自需求,提出了校企共建工程技术研究中心的合作模式与原则。在此基础上,探讨了借助工程技术研究中心平台,充分利用企业的硬件资源、技术人才资源和项目资源促进学科建设、师资队伍建设、实践教学内容优化、学生创新能力培养的途径与措施。结合工程技术研究中心建设实例,论证了该途径与措施的可行性。

Problems of application-oriented institutes in talents training are explained in this paper. Also, respective demands of both sides in building of engineering technology research center are analyzed. And then, cooperation mode and principle are presented to the ensure engineering technology research center construction success. Further, approaches and measures are discussed, with which discipline construction, the teaching staff construction, practice teaching content optimization and students' innovative ability training are carried out using hardware resource, technical human resources and project resources of enterprise on the platform of engineering technology research center. Also, feasibility of the approaches and measures is validated using an instance of engineering technology research center construction.
