摘要
针对当前高校实验室普遍存在的管理任务重、人手少、手段旧、效率低等现实问题,设计开发一套实验室开放预约系统。介绍了当前高校开放预约管理的现状,分析了系统的功能和用户需求,并从系统的功能、数据库对系统进行了设计,通过业务流程图和界面对系统实现进行说明。该系统具有实用、安全、智能、可扩展等优势,提高了实验教学质量和实验室管理、服务水平。
In order to solve the problems in the management of university laboratories, such as heavy management tasks, old management methods, lack of manpower and low efficiency, we design and develop an Open Laboratory Reservation System. This paper first introduces the current situation of open reservation management in universities, analyzes the function of the system and the needs of users, and then designs the system from such two aspects as the function and the database. The realization of the system is described by business flow chart and system interface. This system boasts of being practical, safe, intelligent, scalable, etc.. It improves the quality of experimental teaching, laboratory management and service.
