摘要
上海自由贸易试验区融资租赁业总体上势头良好,但理论和实务中的争议在一定程度上阻碍了其发展。文章就此提出:上海自由贸易试验区应建立健全融资租赁登记制度,进一步完善融资租赁审批制度,加强融资租赁司法保护的专业化。
The financial leasing industry in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone has good momentum on the whole,but the disputes in theory and practice have hindered its development to some extent.In view of this situation,the authors of this paper put forward some corresponding suggestions：to establish a financial leasing registration system in the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone,improve the system of financial leasing examination and approval,and strengthen the specialized judicial protection of financial leasing.
