摘要
在大学英语教师自主专业发展的道路上,教师要想要专业能力达到一定的水平,从一个学习型教师转为专家型教师,就必须突破自身的局限,让校本科研成为其继续职业化发展的必经平台,积极地致力于英语教学和科研同步发展。所谓校本科研,即以构建有效的校本研修系统为引领,以素质教育为目的,以教育教学科研为平台,以教师为研究主体,以本校教学中面临的难关与发展问题为依据,以任务驱动与实际任务解决为方法,使教师职业修养得以促进,专业科研水平与师资队伍质量得以提高,并且使得本校对教育科研的态度得以真正转换成行动力与实践理论的支持。在学校对科研的支持与鼓励下,大学英语教师会积极地将理想力转为行动力,主动投身校本科研,为自身和学校发展都贡献自己的力量。
To enhance teachers' autonomy in terms of improvingresearch ability, it is required that English teachers from univer-sities deliberately conduct both teaching and educational re-search. School oriented educational research is aiming to estab-lish a research platform based on current educational resourcesfor teachers. Challenges or issues which are revealed from dailyteaching will be regarded as the detailed research topics. Throughsuccessfully operating the platform, the research ability of teach-ers will be thereby improved. It also provides the best chance tocarry out practical projects, to realise the classic theories or cre-ative ideas on education. Thus, school oriented educational re-search is worthy to be encouraged and supported by universities.
