应用型本科学生创新创业人才培养策略新探——以上海市应用型本科院校为例

A New Probe into the Cultivation Strategies of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents among Applied Undergraduate Students: Taking Applied Undergraduate Universities in Shanghai City as an Example

应用型本科人才是推进创新创业发展的核心人群,研究核心人群创新创业现状,进而探究培养对策,是实现高等教育跨越式发展的需要。文章从上海市应用型本科创新创业实际入手,实证分析应用型本科创新创业人才培育存在的问题,并提出应用型本科创新创业人才培养应着重从四方面着手,即建设以能力为中心的实践教育;搭建参与式、全贯通的实践平台;营造三维立体的文化育人氛围;构建动态评价指标。

Applied undergraduate talents are the core group topromote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.Studying the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship of thecore group and then exploring training strategies are the needs torealize the leapfrog development of higher education. Startingfrom the actual practice of innovation and entrepreneurship inapplied undergraduate universities in Shanghai City, this paperempirically analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation ofapplied undergraduate innovative entrepreneurial talents, andputs forward that the cultivation of undergraduate innovative andentrepreneurial talents should focus on four aspects to buildpractical ability-centered practical education; to build a partici-patory and whole-process practice platform; to create a three-di-mensional atmosphere of cultural education; to build a dynamicevaluation index.
