摘要
本文分析总结了"食品工艺综合实习"课程教学中存在的问题,从学生实习态度引导、实习基地建设、管理方式变革、实习内容优化、课程组织创新和考核模式转变等六个方面提出课程教学改革的探索,构建新的教学模式,从而提高课程教学质量。
The problems in the course teaching of "Comprehen-sive Practice for Food Technology" were summarized and ana-lyzed. We proposed some suggestions on the reform of courseteaching on guiding study attitude, building practice base,changing management system, optimizing practice contents, in-novating course organization, and transforming assessment mode.Our objective was to establisha novel teaching model and im-proving the quality of course teaching.
