培养研究型药学本科实习生科研能力的思考与探索

本科生毕业实习是人才培养方案的最后一个环节,是教学计划的重要组成部分,药学专业是一个实践性非常强的专业,结合我所药学专业本科生实习带教情况及带教经验,就如何提高研究型药学专业本科实习生的科研能力,从做好实习动员、严格管理、努力营造浓郁的学术氛围,激发学生的科研热情;有针对性地选择实习指导教师,明确培养目标;科学合理的选题,激发学生的求知兴趣,提高实习生的科研创造力;巩固所学的理论知识,注重思维与技能训练并重,加强科研创新思维能力的培养;重视毕业论文的撰写及毕业答辩工作等方面进行探讨,保证实习教学质量,从而使其顺利实现从本科生到研究生的过渡。

Undergraduate internship is the last part of the talenttraining program and an important part of the teaching plan.Pharmacology isa very practical major. Combining the situationand teaching experience of the pharmacy undergraduate intern-ship in our institute, we discuss on how to improve the scientificresearch ability of research-based pharmaceutical undergraduateinterns to effectively carry out internship mobilization and strictmanagement, to make efforts to create a strong academic atmo-sphere, in order to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm of scientific re-search; to select internship instructors pertinently and to makeclear the cultivation objectives; to scientifically and reasonablyselect topics, in order to stimulate students＇ interest in learning,thus improving the research creativity of them; to consolidate the-oretical knowledge and to focus on the training of both thinkingand skills, in order to strengthen the cultivation of innovativethinking ability; to attach great importance to the writing of thegraduation thesis and the work of graduation reply. The aim ofthis paper is to ensure the quality of practice teaching, helpingstudents to achievea smooth transition from undergraduate tograduate students.
