应用技术型人才培养模式下管理学课程教学改革研究

Study on Teaching Reform of Management Courses under the Mode of Cultivating Applied Technical Talents

在应用技术型人才培养需求下,管理学课程应该做到理论与实践应用并重,但目前大部分高校在教学方式和课程管理中仍存在一些问题,本文就教学内容、教学方式、教学手段以及课程考核方式四个方面提出对管理学课程的改革,从而提高学生的管理实践能力。

Under the demand of cultivating applied and technicaltalents, both theory and practice should be emphasized in man-agement courses, but there are still some problems in teachingmethods and course management in most colleges and universi-ties at present. In this paper, the reform of management coursesare discussed from teaching contents, teaching methods, teachingmeans and course assessment, thereby enhancing students＇ abili-ty to management practice.
