摘要
科学测算护理工作量是人力资源配置的基础,病人护理难度与护理工作量息息相关。本研究对国外病人护理难度概念及测评工具等内容进行综述,旨在为我国构建病人护理难度评价体系提供参考。
The scientific calculation of nursing workload was the basis of human resource allocation,the nursing difficulty was closely related to nursing workload.This article reviewed the concept of the nursing difficulty of foreign patients and its assessment tools,in order to provide a reference for the construction of nursing difficulty evaluation system in China.
