摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在呼吸科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在该院呼吸科带教的38名护理实习生,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组19名。对照组采取传统教学法带教,研究组则采取PBL教学模式带教,比较两组实习生的教学效果。结果研究组的理论考试成绩、实践操作成绩、病例分析考试成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸科护理的临床教学中应用PBL教学模式,能够调动学生的学习主动性,提高其护理理论知识和实际操作的掌握能力,有助于培养学生的临床思维,从而进一步提高临床带教水平。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL teaching model in the nursing clinical teaching in the depart-ment of respiration. Methods 38 cases of nursing interns in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 19 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching, while the re-search group adopted the PBL teaching model for teaching, and the teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results The theoretic score, operation score and case analysis score in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching model in the nursing clinical teaching in the department of respiration can motivate the learning initiative of students and improve the mastery abilities of nursing theoretic knowledge and practice operation, which contributes to culturing the clini-cal thinking of students, thus further improving their clinical teaching levels.
