Evaluation and Research on Application Value of Hierarchical Nursing Management in ICU Nursing Management

目的评估ICU护理管理中应用层级护理管理的价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017的10月该院ICU护士30名为研究对象,通过对其实施层级护理管理,即分层级培训、APN连续性排班、制定质量标准与工作指引、考核晋级等。比较ICU护士实施前后其心理状况、护理质量评分等。结果实施后,ICU护士SAS、SDS评分等与实施前相比下降显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后ICU护士护理质量评分与实施前相比改善显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理管理中应用层级护理管理的价值非常显著,即能有效改善ICU护士心理状态,并显著提升其护理质量,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective To evaluate the application value of hierarchical nursing management in ICU nursing management. Methods 30 cases of ICU nurses were selected from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital as the research objects and they were given the hierarchical nursing management such as hierarchical training, APN continuous scheduling, the es-tablishment of quality standards and work guidelines, assessment promotion, and the mental conditions and nursing quality score of ICU nurses before and after the implementation were compared. Results After implementation, the SAS score and SDS score of the ICU nurses obviously decreased compared with those before implementation, and the differences were sta-tistically significant （ P〈0.05）, after implementation, the nursing quality score was obviously improved compared with that before the implementation and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of hi-erarchical nursing management in ICU nursing management is obvious, which can effectively improve the mental state of ICU nurses and obviously improve the nursing quality, therefore, it is worth clinical application and promotion.
