Study on Medical Health Information Cloud Platform Technical Frame in Ningxia Region

宁夏区域医疗卫生信息云平台是以自治区、市两级平台为基础,以宁夏医疗卫生领域信息互联互通为目标,构建的两级平台框架体系,将自治区级平台与5个市级平台(银川、石嘴山、吴忠、固原、中卫市)进行了互联互通,后续还将与国家卫生信息平台进行对接。两级区域卫生信息平台按照HL7 CDA制定信息标准,采用SOA架构,提供接口服务以及数据标准交换协议,以便实现信息协同交互,交互共享的内容主要包括医疗机构、公共卫生机构的相关业务信息,以及实现自治区、市两级各类业务协同的相关信息。

Medical health information cloud platform is a two-stage platform frame system on the basis of the municipality and city with the aim of interconnection and intercommunication of medical health field in Ningxia, and it has already made the municipality-level platform and five city-level platforms （ Yinchuan, Shizuishan, Wuzhong, Guyuan, Zhongwei） intercon-nected and intercommunicated, followed by interconnecting with national health information platform, the two -level region health information platform makes the information standards, uses the SOA frame and provides the interface service and data standard exchange term according toHL7 CDA in order to realize the information sharing, and its main contents include the related business information in the medical institution and public health institution, as well as realize the related infor-mation of various businesses of municipalities and cities sharing.
