护理安全在神经外科护理管理中的应用研究

Research on Application of Nursing Safety in the Nursing Management in the Department of Neurology

目的为了深入研究神经外科护理管理中护理安全的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在该院神经外科接受住院治疗的患者450例作为该次研究对象,随机分成研究组与常规组,每组225例,为研究组提供护理安全管理,为常规组提供基础护理,对比其满意度。结果常规组中,有32例患者发生意外状况,发生率为14.2%;研究组中,有5例患者发生意外状况,发生率为2.2%,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中患者的满意度为100.0%,常规组中患者的满意度为84.0%,研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科的护理管理中,应用护理安全管理,不仅能有效提高患者的生活质量,还能最大限度地降低意外情况的发生,从而使患者的护理满意度得到提升。

Objective To deeply research the application effect of nursing safety in the nursing management in the depart-ment of neurology. Methods 450 cases of patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 225 cases in each, the research group adopted the nursing safety management, while the routine group adopted the basic nursing, and the satisfactory degree was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of accidents in the research group was higher than that in the routine group, （5 cases vs 32 cases, 2.2% vs 14.2%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree in the research group was high-er than that in the routine group, （100.0% vs 84.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in the nursing management in the department of neurology can not only effec-tively improve the quality of life but also reduce the occurrence of accidents to the largest extent, thus improving the nurs-ing satisfactory degree of patients.
