优化输血检验流程对降低检验差错事故的影响观察

Observation on Effect of Optimizing the Blood Transfusion Test Process on Reducing the Test Error Accidents

目的探究优化输血检验流程对降低检验差错事故的影响。方法选取2016年1—12月来该院进行输血治疗的150例患者进行研究,采用奇偶数数字随机分组法,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组实施常规输血检验,观察组优化输血检验,对比分析两组输血性疾病发生率、输血反应发生率、医患纠纷发生率。结果在输血性疾病、输血反应以及医患纠纷发生率方面,对照组总发生率为12.0%,远远高于观察组的2.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者输血满意度方面,观察组为97.3%,对照组为86.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化输血检验流程,可以降低输血性疾病的发生率,也可以降低输血反应情况的发生,还能够减少医患纠纷,提升患者的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of optimizing the blood transfusion test process on reducing the test error acci-dents. Methods 150 cases of patients treated with blood transfusion in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine blood transfusion, while the observation group optimized the blood transfusion, and the incidence rate of transfusion diseases, transfusion reactions and medical disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate in the control group was much higher than that in the observation group （12.0% vs 2.6%）, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of transfusion in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 97.3% and 86.7%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Optimizing the blood transfusion test process can reduce the incidence rate of transfusion diseases, also reduce the occurrence of transfusion reactions and reduce the medical disputes and improve the satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth promotion.
